Job Summary
Manage owner billings, coordinate fund receipts, and release sub payments while assisting with project close-outs and generating cost, labor, and material reports. Ensure compliance records including certified payroll and utilization reports are completed accurately for auditing, and maintain billing status reports and executed subcontract files. Supervise and train the Project Secretary, coordinate hiring logistics for remote projects, and process subcontractor pay applications in JOE and Prolog. Set up standard project files, manage bulletin board postings for regulatory compliance, and reconcile jobsite petty cash. Requires a two-year accounting degree, five years of administrative experience, construction background, and an NV Notary license.
Required Qualifications
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Two-year accounting degree or equivalent combination of business training and/or related experience
- NV Notary license
- Must either have NV Notary license or be able to obtain quickly upon hire
- Construction experience
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
- Must be able to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
- Must be able to lift, push or pull objects up to 50Ibs on an occasional basis
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/workday
- Must be able to use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
