Job Summary
Coordinate project documentation, procurement, job costing, customer invoicing, and administrative closeout from award through completion. Administer projects across the entire lifecycle to ensure contract compliance, including coordination with regional leadership, legal, and financial services. Manage procurement processes by issuing purchase orders and subcontracts, while coordinating monthly billing and accurate cost recording. Resolve billing backlog obstacles by communicating with project managers, field technicians, and customers. Follow established standard work processes within enterprise systems under moderate supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- strong communication skills
- proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement
- Experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
- pass additional drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with financial systems and basic accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Construction law and regulation knowledge
- Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems
