Job Summary
Create and maintain bid and project records within the project management system, ensuring accurate entry of stages, work packages, fee structures, and templates. Assist Project Managers with forecasts, schedules, and resource allocations while gathering billing information, purchase orders, and invoicing requirements. Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and maintain templates and trackers to support consistent project processes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and support functions, attending reviews and meetings as required. This role offers exposure to a wide range of projects across a growing fire engineering consultancy with structured development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Professional and collaborative approach to working with colleagues at all levels
- Previous experience working in an office-based or similarly collaborative environment
- Previous experience in a project administration, project support, coordination or operations role
- Experience using project management or ERP systems
- Understanding of project lifecycles and project controls
- Experience within a consultancy, engineering, construction or professional services environment
