Job Summary
Project Administrator role providing administrative and accounting support to Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Accounting Departments. Maintains project logs for correspondence, submittals, and documentation; tracks action items and maintains records; Proofreads/edits/rewrites project documents; sets up reports and materials; handles filing and document control; prepares meeting minutes and project reports; supports Inspectors, Engineers, Project Managers, and Finance; requires strong communication, confidentiality, and multi-tasking skills; proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and Egnyte; located in Honolulu, HI.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years administrative experience in design/construction/finance
- Excellent communication skills (phone and in person)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites; knowledge of SharePoint and Egnyte
- Knowledge of business letter/report/memoranda formats
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Clear concise verbal and written communication
- Organizational ability with minimal supervision
- Exceptional customer service
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-starter with initiative and follow-through
- Creative, collaborative and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
