Job Summary
Project Administrator I provides administrative and coordination support to project and program teams to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities include maintaining project files and records, coordinating activities across team members, scheduling meetings and agendas, capturing meeting notes and action items, updating project schedules and trackers, generating routine status reports, entering and validating data in tracking tools, maintaining document version control, and supporting cross-functional information flow (Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT). Skills emphasized include strong organizational and written/verbal communication abilities, basic computer proficiency with spreadsheets and documents, adherence to defined processes, and a willingness to learn project management concepts and tools.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
