Job Summary
Project Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to project managers, project architects, and project teams throughout the life of a project. Responsibilities include tracking project progress and documentation, coordinating meetings, managing electronic and paper filing systems, coordinating with external consultants and clients on file transfers, assisting with invoicing and joint venture fee documentation, supporting consultant agreement reviews, tracking MBE/WBE/DBE involvement for public projects, recording meeting minutes, drafting client correspondence, and promoting sustainable workplace practices. Requires collaboration across departments, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project administration software, and experience supporting A/E/C or professional services projects is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered
- Minimum of five years of related administrative, project coordination, or project support experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project administration software
- Experience supporting architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services projects preferred
