Job Summary
Project Administrator supports planning and execution of multi-year master plan projects by providing administrative support and leading deployment and management of project management systems. Serves as primary liaison to internal teams and external design and construction partners; coordinates documentation, meetings, site visits, and stakeholder updates; oversees construction-related accounting including invoices, job cost tracking, and change orders; monitors progress and ensures timely milestones and data integrity to enhance staff, visitors, and guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of project management or administrative experience
- experience in construction administration or construction management a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM a plus
- 3-5 years of project management or administrative experience
- Previous experience in construction administration or construction management is a plus
