Job Summary
Project Administrator for Equipment at Trane Technologies supporting the Markham, Ontario equipment group. Responsible for routine project documentation, materials coordination, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout of each project. Works closely with Project Managers, Account Managers and project staff to ensure timely completion. Primary duties include general administrative functions to support the equipment fulfillment process, ordering all bill of materials, obtaining BOMs and estimated ship dates, updating schedules, and communicating estimated ship dates to customers. Also processes documents for service claims, sales allowances, retrofit, and labor warranty; assists with processing all job closeout documentation. Requires strong communication, ability to multitask, and effective teamwork; familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Up to two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
