Job Summary

Provide general administrative support for the project or office by assisting project management and ensuring daily functions run smoothly. Execute data entry and reporting, process invoices and check requests, and maintain project efficiency by organizing meetings, correspondence, and deliverables. Open and screen incoming mail and deliveries to distribute to team members, act as a first point of contact with internal and external sources, and assist with badging. Upload invoices, submittals, RFIs, and DWs to SharePoint or the government communication platform, coordinate meeting spaces and room schedules, order office supplies, and perform basic internet research to compile lists and gather information.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize responsibilities
  • Solid written and verbally communication skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion at all times
  • Proven understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational systems with a strong skills for embracing new technology
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in an office setting
