Job Summary
Project Administrator handles project-specific duties (e.g., attending project kickoff and closeout meetings, gathering information for templates, ensuring subcontractor licenses, preparing payment applications from sworn statements, creating and compiling subcontractor waivers for payments and change orders) and packages owner/subcontractor documents for routing via Procore and DocuSign. Responsibilities also include following up on unconditional waivers, reviewing waivers for accuracy, organizing documents, timely responses on urgent items, electronic saving of completed files, and general office duties (welcomes clients, mail management, maintaining professional spaces). The role supports the project management team and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, Procore, DocuSign, and notary public qualification; strong organizational, communication, and team-oriented skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Chrome
- Knowledge of general construction industry and project management
- Ability to plan and prioritize work autonomously
- Professional demeanor in interactions with internal and external customers

- Assertive with a sense of urgency, motivation, confidence, and a self-starter attitude
- Ability to fulfill requirements to become a Notary Public
