Job Summary
Project Administrator required in Queensland for Abergeldie, supporting construction project administration across multiple projects. Responsibilities include administering projects using ERP (IFS), assisting with progress claims and project reporting, supporting procurement (quotations, purchase orders, materials), administering subcontracts and tracking expenditure, processing daily worksheets and delivery dockets, providing document control (master drawing files, EDMS uploads), maintaining project registers and site reporting documentation, and general administration to ensure project delivery. Ideal candidates will have site-based administration experience on large projects, strong procurement and reporting knowledge, excellent time management and multitasking, proficiency in Procore and IFS (preferred), advanced MS Office skills, strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, a Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain), and a valid driver’s licence.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Administrator within the construction industry
- Experience in site-based administration of large projects or programs, with strong knowledge of procurement, contracts and reporting processes
- A Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- A current driver’s licence (C Class)
