Job Summary
Coordinate the Engineering & Maintenance Director's schedule, manage travel arrangements, and oversee office operations including vendor services and event planning. Produce business correspondence, reports, and proposals while conducting preliminary data analysis and assisting in budget tracking and contract administration. Prepare expense reports, maintain calendars, and serve as an internal resource for policy interpretations and procedural guidance. Advise or direct staff and external consultants as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-4 years related experience
- Proficient computer skills
- demonstrated experience with office software
- demonstrated experience with email applications
- demonstrated ability to follow through
- demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize
