Job Summary
Track project timelines, maintain documentation, and update project management systems while coordinating between clients, internal teams, and vendors. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one to two years experience in administrative support, project coordination, or office management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience using project management software and CRM systems
- Ability to track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and maintain accurate documentation
