Job Summary
The Project Administration Associate provides essential administrative support to the Project Administrator, focusing on logistical coordination, data tracking, and process documentation for construction-related projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating hotel bookings, placing and tracking equipment orders, processing workflow items related to invoices, maintaining project tracking data in Smartsheet, managing the dispatch and vendor logs, supporting project audits, and participating in special projects. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Smartsheet, SAP, or similar systems
