Job Summary
Project Admin. will support project planning and implementation from initial response through final invoicing, ensuring client satisfaction and financial success. Responsibilities include scheduling, overseeing daily operations, progress billing, resource allocation, cost tracking to keep jobs on time and within budget, maintaining communication with internal teams, customers, property managers, and subcontractors, inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, reporting and data analysis for continuous improvement, collaboration with project and service managers on schedules, ownership of accounts payable and billing for the department, and ensuring project documentation by technicians along with general office duties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and project management software.
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of water, fire, and mold remediation processes a plus!
