Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of Project Accountants to ensure accurate project accounting, GAAP compliance, and SOX adherence for AECOM's projects. Oversee month-end close, revenue recognition, and financial reporting; mentor and develop team members; collaborate with Operational Finance and other towers within GBS; ensure accuracy and timely delivery through standardized processes and checks; drive consistency, governance, and continuous improvement in a multinational, late-shift environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (desired) in Finance/Accounting, strong analytical and communication abilities, and fluency in English.
