Project Accounting Specialist - Night Shift

Job Summary
Manage project maintenance, invoicing, and reporting by setting up projects, preparing CLS records, and reforecasting in line with Project Managers. Troubleshoot inter-project transfers, validate revenue recognition, and monitor work in progress and unbilled receivables. Maintain billing dates, ensure timely project closure, and challenge processes for continuous improvement. Prepare documentation, attend review meetings, and distribute draft invoices with required supporting attachments. Communicate with regional team members and perform other duties as assigned. Requires Bachelor's degree, five years experience, and ERP proficiency; flexible hours to meet tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Oracle
- SAP
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft applications

- Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language

Desired Qualifications
- Exposure in Shared Service or Multinational environment is an advantage
