Job Summary
Project Accounting Analyst with hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office) supporting portfolio-based project accounting across multiple STV offices. Responsibilities include budgeting and updates, contract review, subcontract management, revenue recognition, and WIP analysis; coordinating invoicing and favorable billing outcomes; preparing monthly financial reports and KPIs; supporting audits; collaborating with Project Managers, APMs, Contracts Administration, and PM/Operations teams to monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Entry level classification with bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business preferred (or equivalent working knowledge/experience in Accounting or Finance)
- A minimum of 3+ years of related experience
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
