Project Accounting Analyst - Night Shift

Job Summary
Manage project maintenance, invoicing, and reporting by creating projects, updating records, and validating documents for unit billing. Reforecast projects, troubleshoot inter-project transfers, and ensure accurate revenue recognition for POC%, costs, revenues, and WIP. Monitor work in progress and unbilled receivables while maintaining forecast and actual billing dates. Communicate with Project Managers to prepare files, attend review meetings, and distribute draft invoices with required supporting documents. Ensure projects close timely on the system and initiate continuous process improvements through updated documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Oracle
- SAP
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft applications
- Excel
- Outlook
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results oriented
- Proactive and a committed team player
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Can work on flexible hours to meet changing work environment and to meet tight deadlines
- Detail oriented with proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure in Shared Service or Multinational environment is an advantage
- Experience working with and managing contracts preferred
