Job Summary
Collaborate with project managers to manage financial aspects of projects from proposal to close-out. Set up and maintain client projects within the accounting system to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting. Prepare, review, and submit client invoices on a timely basis while validating vendor purchase orders and resolving cash receipt discrepancies. Conduct frequent project reviews to validate cost-to-complete calculations and project variances. Manage project account receivables and ensure compliance with U.S. sales tax laws. Close out projects upon completion, assuring full billing and resolved commitments. This role supports Wunderlich-Malec Engineering's status as a Top 5 Systems Integrator Giant in Eden Prairie, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Accounting degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to Seven years of direct experience in project accounting

- Required software experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Required software experience in Adobe
