Job Summary
Process the monthly owner and subcontractor requisitions, ensuring compliance with contract terms and billing procedures. Process budget updates and cost transfers, then select invoices for the weekly disbursement cycle. Monitor and track the project's cash position while assisting the Corporate Risk Manager with the Contractor Controlled Insurance Program administration. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Project Executives on all facets of project accounting and administration. This role supports Suffolk's core construction management services, leveraging data and advanced technology to deliver smarter, more predictable results across complex projects in healthcare, life sciences, and other sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other relevant field
- 0-3 years of related experience
