Project Accountant

Oversee end-to-end financial activity for construction projects from set-up through close-out by attending kick-off meetings, developing cost-to-completion forecasts, and monitoring general conditions monthly. Analyze cost and schedule trends to identify budget overruns, audit change orders for compliance, and ensure proper revenue recognition. Manage subcontractor progress billings, payments, and invoices while maintaining G702/G703 contract formats. Provide monthly reporting on project cost, profitability, and strategy trends. This role supports the NY Business Unit within the STO Building Group family, which delivers full-range construction services including new building construction and infrastructure upgrades across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland.
