Project Accountant

Job Summary
Build and maintain respectful relationships with the project team while partnering with Project Managers throughout the project life cycle. Set up new projects in the accounting system and prepare percentage-of completion revenue recognition and monthly billing/invoicing. Process accounts payable related to consultant and vendor invoices and monitor accounts receivable aging to manage collections communication with clients. Serve as a liaison between design-minded creative staff and the financial management side of the firm. This role supports LRK's collaborative approach to creating great places through successful partnership with architects, urban designers, and planners in Memphis.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Ability to be a self-starter

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
