Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- 4 years of experience as an Accountant (Project Accountant, Construction Accountant, Staff Accountant)
Desired Qualifications
- Software experience with Deltek is preferred
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP) and regulations
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook & Excel – Advanced)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
