Job Summary
Conduct monthly financial analysis and revenue recognition while coordinating billing transactions and invoice preparation in the MIS system. Manage contract reviews, pursue receivables, and collaborate with Project Managers across various disciplines to meet critical monthly deadlines. Travel monthly to other regional offices to support these operations. Requires 2+ years of accounting experience, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong proficiency in Excel and computerized accounting systems. Salary range is $75,000-$95,000.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- High degree of professionalism and strong people skills
- Must be an excellent team player
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Word required
- Experience using computerized accounting systems
- Monthly travel to other offices within the region
