Job Summary
Conduct monthly financial analysis and revenue recognition while coordinating with project managers across various disciplines. Ensure all billing transactions are accurately recorded in the MIS system, prepare invoices, and manage contract reviews. Coordinate and pursue receivables, meeting multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basis. Perform monthly travel to other offices within the region. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, along with strong Excel skills. Located in Saint Paul, MN, with a salary range of $65,000-$70,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- High degree of professionalism and strong people skills
- Must be an excellent team player
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Word required
- Experience using computerized accounting systems
- Monthly travel to other offices within the region
