Job Summary
Accurately prepare and issue complex project invoices in strict accordance with established contract terms while maintaining and updating client and project database files to ensure data integrity. Act as a primary resource for clients and internal project managers by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently, and monitor project financials to proactively provide relevant updates to stakeholders. This role serves as a vital link between project managers and clients, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced engineering consulting environment. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer programs
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Inherent interest in accounting and a strong desire to learn and automate processes
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred
- Experience in engineering consulting or construction industry (preferred)
