Job Summary
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including credit card transaction recording and reconciliation. Support the controller with the month-end close process, review the general ledger for reclassification, and prepare necessary journal entries. Reconcile bank accounts, analyze outstanding items, and perform general cost accounting. Assist in preparing for the independent audit and handle other related duties as assigned. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associate's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years accounting experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with strong emphasis on Excel)
- Proficiency in industry software
- Proficiency in accounting software
