Job Summary
Project Accountant to manage job cost tracking, revenue recognition, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly/weekly project reporting; will liaise with project managers on project status and payment approvals, support month-end and year-end close related to project accounting, ensure compliance with financial policies, and participate in process improvements and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, business administration or another related field
- Three (3) years of related experience
- Financial experience in the area of accounting or project accounting using the percentage-of-completion method
- Strong ERP working knowledge
- Strong MS Office, Excel, Word
- Effective communication, interpersonal, analysis and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to succeed in a matrix, team environment
