Job Summary
Assist the Accounting Manager with billing for Locklear/Rogers projects, reconciling jobs, and processing change orders for salesmen. Handle project close-outs, manage comsense reports, and clean up WIP and sales orders. Research back charges, missing materials, and other change order details. Requires strong mathematical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and communication abilities. This hourly role supports the accounting team within a professional office environment, with occasional business travel. Required Qualifications
- Associates' degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products specifically Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
