Job Summary
Manage project budgets, job costs, and financial tracking for insurance claims and restoration projects. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses for project managers and leadership. Process invoices, purchase orders, subcontractor payments, and vendor bills while maintaining accurate project records. Submit client and insurance carrier billings to ensure timely invoicing and collections. Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities to support cash flow management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with 2–5 years of project accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
