Job Summary
Join our accounting team as a Project Accountant/Biller, responsible for managing the project billing process, client communications, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
- Prior billing experience, preferable with at least 2-3 years in an Architectural/Engineering environment
- A thorough knowledge of standard contract terms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Problem-solving skills and analysis capability
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint Software or other accounting platforms
