Job Summary
Prepare and submit monthly CLIN-based client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within award requirements. Process vendor invoices and maintain the subcontractor timekeeping system while monitoring project spending to alert management of potential over or under-runs. Track burn summaries, manage unbilled issues, and support internal program review presentations for management. Communicate directly with clients regarding receivables and project reporting, and assist with subcontractor allocations, cost accruals, and contract closeouts. Perform ad-hoc analyses to provide insight into financial performance and ensure proactive maintenance of contract documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2 to 4 years of related and progressive experience in billing and accounting operations for government contracts
