Serve as the central contact for diagnostic expert systems in hospitals, collaborating closely with IT departments and clinical staff to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Manage projects across diagnostic expert systems, radiology information systems, and dose management software while leading customer projects commercially and organizationally. Coordinate service requests and product-related inquiries, working intensively with service, support, and sales teams to identify customer needs and facilitate transparent communication with all stakeholders. Maintain continuous information flow and knowledge transfer within the organization. This role supports Dedalus's mission to enable better healthcare delivery through digital innovation.
