Job Summary
Conduct safe, therapeutic care in the Progressive Care Unit while coordinating care for patients and families. Deliver patient and family education, incorporating differences into care provision and utilizing standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare delivery team, other clinical disciplines, and technology to synthesize direct communication into improved practice settings. Mentor staff as a resource and preceptor, demonstrating leadership in decision-making and problem-solving. This night shift role is full-time at Inova Loudoun Hospital, a nationally recognized acute-care community hospital.

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Knowledge of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team dynamics
