Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse

Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care by applying advanced specialty clinical nursing skills to ensure patient and family comfort. Follow physician orders while maintaining privacy, adhering to infection control protocols, and performing lab testing per CLIA regulations. Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers; assemble equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures. Document quality assessment activities and attend required staff meetings. Requires 2+ years of Telemetry/ICU experience, current BLS/ACLS certifications, and Pennsylvania criminal history clearances. Full-time nights shift (7pm-7am) at a 20-bed small-format hospital with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
