Job Summary
Provide specialized progressive care for acutely ill and injured patients in a progressive care/step-down setting. Perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex trauma and medical conditions, monitor telemetry and hemodynamics, administer medications and therapies, and intervene quickly in emergencies. Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care. Required Qualifications
- RN licensure or eligibility
- Registered Nurse in good standing
- BLS/ACLS likely required per facility standards
