Provide progressive care for adult trauma patients in a fast-paced progressive/step-down setting. responsibilities include assessing, monitoring, and stabilizing complex patients, managing telemetry and IV therapies, and coordinating interdisciplinary care to support recovery. Ensure timely documentation, educate patients and families, and respond to emergent changes in condition. Demonstrates commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety within a compassionate, team-focused culture.
