Job Summary
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions throughout hospitalization while developing individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, and assist with discharge planning. Provide compassionate support to patients and families requiring advanced monitoring and specialized medical management in a progressive acute care environment. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Previous acute care, progressive care, or stepdown nursing experience
