Job Summary
Utilizes the nursing process to coordinate interdisciplinary patient care, providing safe, therapeutic care and integrating knowledge and skills to meet patient needs. The RN demonstrates leadership in decision-making and problem-solving, adheres to medication safety policies, and evaluates patient care needs through effective communication. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, patient/family education, and maintaining a safe environment. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing and relevant licensure, including CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing Kansas or Missouri (or compact license)
- CPR/AED/BLS Certification - Other BLS within 14 days

- Some units will require additional unit-specific affirmations/certifications/work experience
