Progressive Care Nurse

Assess patient conditions during admission and each shift, reporting status changes and performing ordered procedures. Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and document care in patient medical records. Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Collaborate with medical providers to deliver pre-operative and post-operative nursing care while advocating for patients. Requires RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing, BLS certification, and Associate's degree with Bachelor's preferred. Schedule includes on-call rotation with competitive sign-on bonus.
