Progressive Care Nurse

Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting status changes. Perform procedures ordered by medical providers and administer prescribed medications while monitoring responses. Document care administration in patient medical records timely and thoroughly. Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Collaborate with medical providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered pre-operative and post-operative care. Serve as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
