Job Summary
Own day-to-day operations, quality, safety, and patient experience for a 40-bed Progressive Care unit. Hire, mentor, evaluate, and advance clinical staff while fostering engagement and retention. Plan staffing and budgets to meet productivity and throughput targets, standardizing evidence-based care and ensuring readiness for surveys and audits. Track, analyze, and act on unit KPIs and benchmarking data. Requires BSN or equivalent pathway, RN license, and minimum 5 years recent nursing experience with 2+ years in a hospital background. Full-time days schedule with no weekends, commutable to Hendersonville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent pathway
- RN license (NC or eNLC)
- BLS
- National certification within 1 year of hire
- Minimum 5 years recent nursing experience
- 2+ years relevant hospital background
