Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day updating of studio schedules to ensure accuracy and predict future capacity gaps while managing holidays to avoid delivery constraints. Work with the Resourcing team to maintain the Preferred Supplier List and manage the Freelancer resourcing process, balancing effective project staffing with minimized external spend. Actively follow up on new projects, attend kick-off meetings for appropriate resource assignment, and use reconciliation reports to validate requests and escalate issues. Manage the workload by building relationships with all stakeholders, acting as a sounding board for practice leads on work allocation, and ensuring resource management is directly linked to project-level finance and workflow. Create weekly and monthly workload forecasts to support efficient resource utilization across the agency.
Required Qualifications
- Diplomacy and the ability to negotiate with strong characters
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing across all levels
- Excellent and accurate verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate at all levels within an agency
- Excellent energy levels with the ability to visibly lead and take ownership of projects and relationships
- Deep understanding of the industry and the roles and work undertaken by a digital agency
- The ability to source, recognise and negotiate partner opportunities at a high level
- Experience in contract management
- Excellent organisational skills and very strong attention to detail
- A Great problem solver with the ability to work with little supervision and multi-task
- Logical thought process with the ability to explain decisions in a clear and concise manner
- Self-motivated, with good timekeeping and the ability to motivate others into action
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Project
- MS teams
