Job Summary
Facilitate and manage day-to-day logistics for a portfolio of 20-25 programs through regular site visits, observations, and actionable recommendations to enhance quality, safety, and retention. Track program data to identify trends and implement strategies maximizing participation, while overseeing instructor recruitment, selection of returning providers, and budget reporting. Act as the primary contact for instructors and community liaisons, coordinating outreach efforts, attending partner meetings, and managing incident reports with follow-up. Provide ongoing coaching to ASM instructors and direct community and campus liaisons to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of youth development experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Insured transportation
- Driving record that satisfies our Motor Vehicle Policy
- Cook County residency
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Approved medical or sincerely held religious beliefs exemption
