Job Summary
Lead daily on-site practice by providing real-time support, mentorship, and problem-solving to staff while modeling trauma-informed, participant-centered delivery. Oversee center scheduling, approve PTO and transportation requests, and resolve staffing gaps through cross-center collaboration. Drive team alignment via daily huddles, conduct or develop CRSW group supervision, and manage participant caseload distribution and intake accuracy. Review and approve internal financial assistance requests, Trestle Fund eligibility, and documentation compliance in Recovery Link and QuickBase. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and volunteer oversight while escalating high-risk concerns to management. Represent Archways' Center standards in direct peer services including family support, kinship navigation, and community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Full time experience as a Peer Recovery Support Worker or Family Support Specialist
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
