Job Summary
Own the operating system for growth levers, consolidating incentives, host-funded promotions, engagement, CRM, partnerships, and merchandising into a single roadmap and source of truth. Build and run the levers operating system with clear cadence, launch readiness, and RACI across Global Markets, central growth marketing, product, and finance. Set up the change-intake and sequencing process for new campaign requests with prioritization rules and conflict resolution. Translate budget into an executable plan by tracking committed versus available spend and turning funding decisions into roadmap changes. Serve as connective tissue between regional business operations, growth marketing, partnerships, and central product and merchandising teams to drive alignment and unblock decisions. Turn levers playbooks and country plans into shipped campaigns using standardized templates, coupon libraries, and launch checklists. Make performance legible by partnering with analytics and finance on consistent tracking, post-mortems, and readouts. Own the Global Markets reporting cadence, including the Weekly Business Review, leadership reports, and country-performance newsletters. Run recurring cross-functional roadmap syncs to keep Global Markets aligned. Hold the operating system together through peak seasons and leadership absences.
