Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of participating early learning services by leading onboarding, providing coaching, and delivering professional learning activities such as webinars and workshops. Maintain regular engagement as the primary point of contact to address implementation issues, while conducting fidelity visits to monitor progress and provide feedback. Capture insights from engagement and visits to inform project monitoring and continuous improvement. Work collaboratively within a project team to support the delivery of a key early childhood pilot program.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualifications, skills and experience in early childhood education and care sector settings
  • Strong understanding of the teaching, learning and assessment cycle under the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience delivering professional learning, coaching or implementation support in face-to-face and virtual settings
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of services and respond to emerging issues
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a project team and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Early childhood education and care qualifications, and/or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and/or experience
  • A valid Working with Children Check for paid employment
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to outer suburban and regional locations as required
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people
  • Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, New Zealand citizens or a valid work visa)

Desired Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel to travel to support early learning services with participating in the Pilot
