Job Summary
Programming Teacher role focusing on coding instruction for students using Scratch, Blockly, Swift, and Python; plans and facilitates collaborative instructional sessions using coding languages, robotics, tools, and applications under the Director of Educational Development; meets regularly with the Director, plans and facilitates learning sessions, assists students in developing computer science and coding skills, maintains ongoing communication with the Director, models appropriate academic and social behaviors, and performs other duties as assigned; requires ability to instruct students in coding and robotics and to analyze data to drive future instruction across varying skill levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Teaching and/or tutoring experience
- Extensive computer science and/or coding experience
