Job Summary
Lead Controls Engineering support by investigating and driving resolution for senior internal clients, serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues. Manage daily team operations to ensure SLOS and customer service levels are met while directing incident management and staff scheduling. Troubleshoot technical problems by diving in to resolve them or coordinating responses with cross-functional teams. Provide mentorship to junior members, engage stakeholders for monthly reporting, and continuously improve processes to enhance client experience and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 15 years of experience
- proved record of team leadership in a support environment
- working knowledge and experience with Java
- experience with Kubernetes
- experience with front end tech such as REACT
- willingness to execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating resolution of repeat issues
- ability to dive in and pick up issues and solve them or to coordinate the response and follow to resolution
- presentability to clients
- clear, empathetic communicator ability to talk to clients and stakeholders with confidence up to senior levels
